Efficient and Sustainable Plastic Hydrolysis
The EVO CUTinase Enzyme Cocktail is a specialized enzymatic formulation designed to support research in the degradation of hydrolizable plastics and other ester-based polymers. Developed through enzyme engineering and optimization, EVO CUTinase Enzyme Cocktail provides a reliable, environmentally friendly tool for investigating plastic breakdown and recycling.

EVO CUTinase Enzyme Cocktail combines multiple recombinant cutinases, selected and optimized to work together. This enzyme blend breaks down ester bonds in plastic materials, helping convert polymers into simpler building blocks. With high enzymatic activity (>3000 U p-NPB), EVO CUTinase Enzyme Cocktail enables consistent, effective degradation under mild conditions.
Target Materials
EVO CUTinase Enzyme Cocktail is designed to degrade a variety of materials including polyethylene terephthalate (PET), polybutylene succinate (PBS), poly(butylene adipate-co-terephthalate) (PBAT), polyurethane (PU), or any plastic or resin containing ester linkages.
Included in the Kit
- Lyophilized CUTinase Enzymatic Cocktail (enough for 200 reactions)
- Reaction Buffer (40 mL, 1M phosphate buffer, pH 8.0)
- Protocol with step-by-step instructions
