The 4th WundD.A.CH Congress was held at Messe Freiburg, Germany, on June 23–24.
Ruben Daum, member of the NMI Natural and Medical Sciences Institute team, presented WoundSens showing the latest results of the project through his interesting poster titled: “Production of electrospun fibres for biosensor-integrated wound dressings / Herstellung von elektrogesponnenen Fasern für Biosensor-integrierte Wundauflagen”.
The congress covered the latest advancements in wound care bringing a high level of scientific expertise. The main key topics include the person-centered care in wound management, the innovative technologies in wound treatment and the pain management strategies in wound care.
