Ivan Mateljak, member of EvoEnzyme, participated in the Workshop: “Enzymes as Biosensors: the revolution of directed evolution of proteins” focused on biotechnology and protein engineering.
During the event, held on December 17th, attendees had the opportunity to learn about the power of directed evolution and one of the most promising applications of these engineered enzymes, as is being developed in the Woundsens project on healthcare, developing innovative biosensors for continuous wound monitoring.
