The European Commission has recently announced the results of the 2024 Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions (MSCA) Doctoral Networks call and the ELEGANCE Project is on the list of applications proposed for funding!

ELEGANCE brings together 26 participants, including renowned research centers, leading universities and major biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies. The project coordinator is the DTU – Technical University of Denmark, and EvoEnzyme contributing through its role as associated.

ELEGANCE “Machine learning for integrated multi-parametric enzyme and bioprocess design” combines experimental and computational approaches including data science and artificial intelligence to design better enzymes and bioprocesses faster. A promising initiative with ecological and economic attractiveness to enable the transition to a circular bioeconomy in many industries.

We are thrilled to receive this exciting news from this new Horizon Europe (HORIZON) programme that EvoEnzyme is part of, and look forward to the next resolution of this call with great enthusiasm!
