The 16th of April EvoEnzyme celebrated the workshop held within the framework of the European Pathfinder Project WOUNDSENS. The participants, mainly students of the Master in Industrial and Environmental Biotechnology of the Complutense University of Madrid, attended the lectures about protein engineering and enzymatic biosensors and visited the laboratories where they could learn all the common procedures that EvoEnzyme uses in daily work, such as the design of enzymes with directed evolution, and the application of bacteria and yeast as a tool in protein engineering.
We hope we have helped to keep growing their scientific interest and curiosity.
